hello, i am a 19 year old girl who’s wanting get lose 12 to 20 pounds but with barely has any knowledge on how, since i am new to this. if there’s anyone who’s willing to share tips or motivation; which i’ll be sure to return the favour!! then please feel free to add, message and reply. ^^

Does your "know how" include "eat less, move more"? If it doesn't, start there. If it does, ask for specific advice. "Motivation" is becoming a trigger term in here
