I am watching what i eat and tracking my calories, and am hungry at night still, to the point my stomach is growling. But mentally i am not hungry, but just feel hungry.
Is there something i should change, increase calorie intake, or is this a good sugn that my body is burning fat (one person said to me) i do drink allot of water daily as well!!
Thank you for any replies!

There is nothing wrong with feeling hungry at times. If you want to feel less hungry, play around with meal timing and macro breakdown/foods to keep you satisfied.

I know I get hungry at night so I plan something for dessert every night

It isn't good nor bad. It's just a natural body response that can be controlled to a certain extent by experimenting with things that may help you feel less hungry. What's causing the hunger is what can be good or bad: are you undereating?

I was considering that about undereating, i am on the lower calorie diet. Perhaps ill change my eating habbits. My meals at night are not as large as my lunches, maybe I'll switch those and add more calories, see if that improves.
This really is a learning how my body works and ticks thing!

You have to set your calories appropriately, and eat sensibly, and then track accurately.

Are you so hungry that you can't sleep? Have you increased fiber intake - the "growling" could be "digestion"? "Just feel hungry" could be real hunger, or a reaction to consciously restricting food intake, or a feeling of missing out of something.

We are smart, but not psychics :D What's your height, weight and calorie goal? Do you hit your calorie goal every day?
or is this a good sugn that my body is burning fat (one person said to me)
Your body burns fat (or sugar) all the time. Feeling of hunger is not a reliable sign of whether you're in a calorie deficit. That's why you track food intake and weigh yourself regularly.
i do drink allot of water daily as well!!
Thirst can be mistaken for hunger, or rather, a desire to eat, and that feeling can go away when you drink something. If you are truly hungry, water will not help.

I only know I'm hungry enough to actually eat if I can't get to sleep because of hunger pangs. Most of the time I can still drift off despite feeling a bit like I'm hungry, and it gives me a good appetite for breakfast when I wake up :)

Doesn't matter when you eat, just so long as you are in a deficit. I usually don't feel hungry till 10am.. So by the time breakfast is done it's closer to 11.. Which pushes lunch back to 2 or 3 and places dinner around 6 or 7.. Sometimes I'll skip breakfast and lunch and just have dinner and a snack later. It isn't about when, it's about how much. Just add that evening snack to your goals and eat a little less during the day.
