Best exercises for lower tummy

I've had 3 C-sections so my lower tummy isn't the nicest and in need of a lot of work.

What do you recommend to help loose the fat around the tummy and to help pull it in to reduce the overhang I currently have.

I doubt it will ever be fully flat but anything is better than its current condition.

    You can't target an area, fat doesn't work that way. It comes off in the opposite way it goes on.

    250 sit ups a day, it works,

    You can not target one area specifically, your body will shred fat where it pleases but thay does not mean you can not do
    core exercises: squats, lunges, planks, hydrant quad, leg lifts, crunches, mountain climbers. Every bit counts. I had a c-section and working the pouch off myself. Good luck
