Garmin user seeking motivational friends!!

Hi! I have used fitness trackers for years, I recently switched to garmin and would like to talk to others about their experiences. For starters I've notice my step count is significantly less than on fitbit.

Ever used Fitbit—used to use Polar/UnderArmour. Did you set a custom stride length? That will help with accuracy. My steps seem accurate compared to Polar and underarmour/body media.

Fit bit may be mite sensitive to counting wrist movement as a step when you are sitting.
But if you use your Garmin hand to shake a shaker bottle, it will count steps too.
None of step counters are truly accurate.
The Garmin will track walking outside with gps. That is probably the only accurate way to track walking activity.
I've seen people walking in a little circle to get their step count up. :D
