Downloaded the app last week and am ok with adding stuff, just not sure how many calories I am allowed.
I start with 1280 a day, when I do exercise it adds more calories. Am I supposed to stick to the 1280 whatever exercise I do or can I have more calories if I exercise? Simple question I just don't know the answer, any help appreciated
Thanks

Whenever you work out and burn calories, you will want to make up those calories (as long as it isn't over your daily recommended caloric intake)
I.e. your daily intake goal is 1280. You burn off 500 calories. You'll technically be at 780. So treat it as if you were at 780 and trying to get to 1280.0
