Count your calories, log your calories accurately and honestly. If you want to keep or build muscle, you'll have to lift heavy. If you want to lose weight and build muscle, it's not likely to happen. Once you get into a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. String together a few months of a calorie deficit and you will reach your goal weight. String together a few months of lifting heavy, and you'll do the best you can at liking what you see.0
