Ladies, what are you protein goals?

I notice a lot of ladies have lower protein goals. I calculated mine based on 1g of protein/lb of LEAN mass (so 123g according to a calculator I used on bodybuilding.com). I lift 3x/week and run about once. I try and just walk a lot the other times. Would you mind sharing your protein goals and the reasoning behind them? Any thoughts on mine would be appreciated too :)

Mine is 30% or 146g per day. No reasoning.

    I try to stick to 1800 calories, 135g protein, 50g fat, and 203g carbs. I'm 45, 5'10" tall, ~124lbs, and lift MWF.

I try to get at least 100g of protein per day, more on lifting days, for a % of total calories in the 30-40% range.

I've found that I've had the most dramatic positive changes to my body when I'm diligently focusing on eating lots of protein and fiber.

I lift about 2-3x per week with varying strength exercises (P90x workouts, NROLFW workouts, CrossFit every now and then...), and I also aim to burn about 200-300 cals/day with cardio exercises on average.

I try to get at least 100. I eat between 1400-2000 calories daily. I work out a lot, and if I fall below 100 grams of protein I feel kind of weak and my recovery time slows.

Usually 110-130. I eat about 1800 calories a day, I lift heavy 3x a week. I'm 42, 5'5", ~150 lbs at about 24%BF. Most of my other exercise is walking, kayaking or hiking. I don't eat back exercise calories unless I've done something really strenuous like an all day hike. Then I'll just eat a little more if I'm hungry.

I would love to get as much protein as possible, but I'm a vegetarian (and I'm skeptical of too much soy and I find milk repulsive) so I take what I can get (usually like 60-70g/day).

Between 95-100, based on lbm. Though that's actually a little higher than recommended, but I figure why not. That's 25% btw. I'm on 1550 calories a day and do 3x strength and 3x cardio a week.

For my age the CDC and the WHO recommend 46 grams a day, and I usually get in a bit more than that-between 48-55ish.

I have been staying right around 2000 calories and my protein intake is usually between 175-225g per day.
