I'm Alexia, I'm 18, 172 pounds and want to reach 120-125 pounds. I've tried losing weight before but I always get discouraged by slow results (or see that I've gained more weight lol). This time I'm taking it seriously and am trying out Intermittent Fasting, yoga and being having a more active and healthy lifestyle. I would love and appreciate any advice, I have a long way to go
