Good for you!! My best advice is to find a way to put yourself first and realize that you’re totally worth the effort. Find another way to fill the empty spot that food occupies, and just realize that you can never eat the way you do now again. I did low carb, then low cal/low carb, and now low calorie and exercise. When the pounds drop off, celebrate with clothes and have fun! You can do it!! I have struggled all my life, and I’m sure it isn’t over. Good luck and keep us posted!!
