I just was curious of what a week break from logging has done for different people and what mentality they have had going into it. What eating habits did they notice or scale change etc. happened?
Just looking for an interesting discussion!

    Weight gain. Every time.

It always resulted in weight gain and taking way longer to get back on the wagon than I ever expected.

I haven’t truly logged in well over a year (I’ll log this smoothie here or that chicken spaghetti recipe there, just out of curiosity, but never the whole day), and I only weigh certain things just so they taste the same (for instance, my smoothies I know I want exactly 33g of protein powder, 113g of Greek yogurt, 90g of this fruit or that, etc). I’ve maintained within my goal weight range. With me, weight I set out to lose and the logging I did to lose it showed me how much food I would put on my plate and eat simply because it was there, not because I was actually that hungry. I ended up cutting my portion sizes in half, even thirds for some things, and realized I was absolutely fine. It also changed my “bored eating” habit. Now I always keep that in mind and not logging works just fine for me
