Cut Sugar Challenge

I'm looking to create a supportive group of people to kick the sugar habit! I know I'm stronger than sugar, but sugar continues to be the solution to new- mom fatigue. Let's cut added sugars- artificial and natural. Fruit and naturally occurring sugars are ok, but we're not adding sugar and honey to things unnecessarily. Let's go from now from now until October 31st. I'm starting in the morning, but you can start any time!

Here's my plan:
Log what I eat.
Keep sugars count down to 24 grams a day, not including fruit.
Cut processed foods and trigger foods.
Extra water.
Stock fruits and healthier stress snack options for when stress happens.
One treat a week. This needs to be mentally sustainable.0
