My Progress

Well, I've organized some pics with little captions to kind of let the story tell itself. Essentially I gained weight slowly throughout high school (as you will see), and due to a variety of factors I just started eating a ton my freshman year of college due to depression, feeling lost in life, and all of this was accented by the fact that my university had tons of buffets and stuff, going from 219 to 247 pounds between September 2010 and May 2011. By halfway through my second year of college (Jan 2012), I realized that it was time for a change. Starting from may 2012-august 2012 I went from about 230 to 212 pounds, mostly because my job involved pushing carts outside for 8-9 hours a day, although I still ate a lot. The biggest factor was probably giving up drinking tang- which, after seeing a dietician, I realized how much unnecessary weight it added. I studied abroad i the fall of 2012 and started drinking and eating a lot more, and by Christmas 2012 I had gone up to 216. I decided it was time for a change and made an effort to lose weight once and for all, and my progress has been further accelerated by using my finess pal. I'm going to b ea senior in college and in the best shape of my life, and thanks to my friends' support and my own small changes, I've revolutionized my life and getting my health in order has affected positively every aspect of my life. So, check out my pics. Now I'm determined to get on the road to six pack abs, and it is a huge priority for me to help everyone I can make a change. I do my best to inspire those around me, and every time I go out and see people I know, they tell me how I have inspired them (without really trying) based on all my Facebook posts and just how they see me and I get fitter and fitter each time. My biggest influences are Scooby Werkstatt (taught me a lot) Jack Lalanne, and Will Smith.

Feel free to add me for support and whatnot! :)

    Thanks people!

One of my biggest things is I try to take a simplistic and holistic approach to health.. convince myself that what I'm doing isn't anything difficult or straining, just simple changes that make big differences over time! I believe that building a healthy body is all about time management, and once you learn to manage your time with your body all your other aspects of your life will improve :) I think having fitness goals are extremely important and can keep someone going no matter where they are in life! :)
