I have an inexpensive handheld spiralizer that looks like an over-sized pencil sharpener. In the summer, when my garden produces zucchini every day, it gets a lot of use. I like to fry up a couple pieces of bacon, add a whole medium spiralized zucchini, some crushed garlic, maybe some mushrooms or peas, and top all that with about two tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese. So good!
