Since I've been back on track and on a roll with my weight loss, I've been trying out a lot of new recipes. I found this great recipe on Pinterest from runningwithspoons.com.

I can't get over how much I love these tasty little muffins! I don't know about you, but I get crazy chocolate cravings sometimes and there is just something so satisfying about having a dessert after dinner. With only 156 calories per serving, 8 grams of fat, 16 grams of carbs, 11 grams of sugar and 4 grams of protein it's really not going to mess with your numbers. I've also had a lot of fun having my friends try them out and telling them there's zucchini in it afterwards :D So far no one can tell!

On the website it says that it yields 9 muffins but I was able to get 12 out of the batch I made. The only substitutions I made was dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate and I didn't end up getting the ground flax seeds since I was trying to keep the cost down.

Tip: Pop one into the microwave for 15-20 seconds and indulge in melty chocolatey goodness.
