Notebook vs MFP tracking

I have found that I do so much better If I keep in hand written notebook of my day vs doing electronically. I used Weight Watchers for years when they still gave out the little journals you handwrite in, for someone reason it is so much easier for my accountability, I am not even sure why. I still log in to MFP and look up some food (mostly anything I eat has it on the packaging) and update my calorie goals based on the weight I have lost. Just wondering if I am the only one? :)
