Success and just looking to help others

I've been apart of MFP for 5 years. I've fluctuated several times. I've worked hard on and off all these years. Lost 35 lbs and got to my goal. Got pregnant last summer, maintained exercise and good eating during pregnancy. Gained only 22 lbs. Had her in May and I'm 5 lbs away from my goal today.

I know how hard it is to get healthy, to form good habits, to know what works and what doesn't. And just keeping up with workouts. I love to drink. Love beer and wine! Breads and potatoes lol. It's tough, but we can do it!

I love cardio. Jogging. Hiking. But I'm currently doing Jillian Micheals 30 day shred. Need to work on my strength and abs. 5k last weekend. 5k this weekend. Then a half marathon the weekend after!
