Hello. I’m 18 years old and I’ve been over weight my whole life. Two years ago I was about 180+ lbs, I have no idea the exact weight. I started working out and my diet was ok, not the best but it did help aid in my weight loss. I am now 155 lbs, I have been this weight since October of last year. I stopped working out last May as well. I just lost motivation. I’m 5’3 and I hope to get around to 115-120. I’m very out of shape. I’m starting out just walking but I hope to gradually get to point where I can run without injuring myself.

    Welcome to MFP! You are in the right place to make things happen!

    Walking is a big part of my exercise plan, as running doesn't play well with a knee issue I have. Sounds like you are off to a good start!
