Hi my names Megan and I'm a foodaholic.
New to this app! Hopefully I can stick at this without being forgetful. Pizza and garlic bread are one of my main loves after Idris Elba. ❤️

I used to be rather fit as I was preparing to join the Navy but things change so for the past year I've been rather lazy. Tips welcome to help me get back into it.

    Good morning, i am uk based also... I understand that in the uk its seen as acceptable to 'treat' and 'indulge' ourselves with these kind of foods, when actual fact these foods are harmful, they arent treating your body, just full of fats and bad sugars.. I find if i have this mental approach to the foods i love (and i also adore pizza, especially dominos mmmm..) then thats a step in the right direction. Good luck with your journey ☺️

    I find this app helpfully, basically you can eat anything you like as long as you account for it. So if your over your calorie limit, you know to make changes. I still have my favourite foods but just once or twice a week at most!!!
