Stuck at same weight

I needed to lose 20 pounds. The first 16 came off steadily over about 9 weeks. I have been stuck with four pounds to go for 3 weeks. I am doing cardio (running/walking) 3-4 days a weeks and aerobic videos with weights the other days. Keeping my calorie count pretty much right on with what this app suggests. Any advice?

Tighten up your food logging and be more patient. The less you have to lose, the slower it comes off.2

The last 5lbs take the longest as there is less room for error in regards to calories in/out - if you don't already use a food scale for accuracy, now is the time to invest in one. Stick with it and those pounds will be history...eventually.
You lost weight at a very fast rate and will have lost a lot of muscle mass in the process along with the fat. Its time to think long term health and eating enough calories to lose only 0.5lb per week. Doing this will mean you should transition easier into maintenance.2 -

You might want to double check what the app told you. Assuming you’re female and now within 4 pounds of normal BMI, if you told the site you wanted to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week it will have given you 1200 because that’s the lowest daily goal recommended for women. The app should have projected your actual rate of loss, but sometimes people miss that.1 -
Did you recalculate your calorie goals on MFP? Sometimes it doesn't automatically after you've lost weight.1

Are you sleeping well? Not stressing ? I think someone already mention if you have recalculated your calorie count. If you have been doing the same workout try changing it up or take other workout classes.2
