Sugar in fruit

My sugar goal on MFP is 31.

How am I meant to keep under this and eat my 5 fruit a day and breakfast, lunch etc.
2 apples equal that amount!

Do i not include fruit or do i just eat sugar free for the rest of the day?

Im confused lol

    MFP doesn't differentiate between fructose(from fruits) and other sugars, so if you eat any fruit at all you will always be way over their sugar level. If you feel that tracking sugar is important for you, just make sure your levels from other foods are okay and ignore the sugar content of the fruits.

    Really? Five fruits a day? Wow?

    I eat four to five servings of veggies, but I limit myself to two fruits a day. Too much fructose is not good for you.

    Unless you have a medical condition, do not stress about it. Eat the fruit, track the fruit and you do not have to eat sugar free for the rest of the day.

    Really? Too much fruit is bad for you? Too much fruit isn't good for you? I guess too much fruit is going to make you fat too huh. That's why I get 80% of my calories from fruit sugar and just today alone I had 5 bananas and 6 mangos and I'M LOSING WEIGHT and I'm healthier than ever before. How is this unhealthy LOL
