Maintaining Weight After Age 50

Hello,
Joined this last month. I am 51 and trying to maintain the weight I am at now. I recently started getting back into a regular yoga routine after a long hiatus. Want to start a walking routine again as well. Anyone else in my age group trying to maintain?

    I am 64, and have no problem maintaining my weight or health

    I turned 50 in August and also do yoga and walking every day. I joined the YMCA last March and use the machines for strength training 3 times a week. 4 or 5 times a week, I do cycling and swimming for cardio. I also attend a dance class.
    None of the workouts had an impact on my weight until I started counting calories and watching my carbs in MFP. Now, I feel like I'm more physically fit than I was 15 years ago.
