I’m 4’11 and 116 pounds. I lost my abs after my pregnancy and I’m looking to tone my core and tone all over.

building lean mass, which is most easily accomplished with strength training2 -

Follow a progressive lifting routine (the beginner one at the site posted right before this post is a good one) & eat enough protein. If you check out the bodybuilding/bulking forum, there is a sticky post with lists of weightlifting routines. (and then decide if you want to eat at maintenance to recomp, eat at a slight surplus to build more muscle (bulk) faster and then lose the extra fat later, or eat at a slight deficit to lose a few more pounds and show more of the muscle you already might have/are building while you work on the lifting).0
