Transferring Libra data

Hey all,
I use Libra right now, but my phone is on the verge of combusting. I haven't decided what kind of phone I will buy next, but I am wondering if it's possible to transfer the data if I happen to get an iPhone (or any phone that doesn't use Libra).
Thanks!
