Can someone tell me if the food has a serving of 1 and the serving size is 1 1/4 cup, but I want 2/3 cup of the food; is there a way in the app to have it have options for all options of cups?

Divide .67 (two-thirds) by 1.25 (1 1/4). Result is .536. Log .5 or .54 or .536 servings (depending on how accurate you like to be and how calorie-dense the food is -- i.e., if it's leafy greens, .5 is plenty accurate. If it's oil or cream or butter or sugar or cheese or peanut butter, I'd go with .536.)
I'm sure whatever device you're using has a calculator app.1 -
Save yourself the headache and get a food scale (they are less than $20 and is probably the most valuable tool for weight management success). Measuring cups and spoons are not reliable ways to ensure you are getting the accurate amount.2

Second the food scale, and just weighing the out the grams/ounces. So much easier and much more accurate.0

Food scale - then you don't have to deal with all that math.0
