Hey there. I'm Elle. I'm 18 years old. I've struggled with my weight (both being too high and too low at some times) for a few years. Currently I'm about 15-20 pounds heavier than I'd like to be. I'm only borderline overweight, but I want to get it under control. I'm here looking for support and accountability.

I'm a carbs addict and my favorite exercise is relatively low intensity cardio like power walking or alternating running and walking. I don't have much time to meal prep or workout though since I work and go to school and maintain am maintaining a relationship.

    Alternating running and walking (or jogging) , AKA high intensity interval TRAINING (HIIT) is a great way to get in shape. Keep that up and go until you cant go anymore. You will get better at it and it will help you lose weight.
