    1 Ounce = 28.349523125 Grams

    That's what it says on CalculateMe.com

    Can anyone else confirm it somewhere else?

    1 gram is .035 ounces. Or reverse ;1 ounce is 28.3 grams. Hope that helps. :smile:

    So if I have 100g of steak it's 3.5 ounces??
    It seam really high in calories for that amount.
