    Easier said than done.

    Truth and not just here but in our everyday lives. I've lost a couple old friends where I can't even go out for drinks with them since losing weight because they're still overweight and obsessed with my fitness passive aggressively due to their insecurities.

    At my age I feel like I've taken far too many hits in life and I've drawn a line that I won't sacrifice my self worth and integrity for anyone. Ever again. I've come a long way, even in the last 6 months and I'm still learning how to find that self love. I just wish others would focus on the same instead of reflecting that on others.

    As someone who has very very low self confidence, I know that sometimes it takes another person to point out the positives to start to realize they may be right. Insecurities suck. Don't kick us when we are down. Take your positivity and hand it out. Like Oprah. Share that *kitten*. Pump each other up. Make someone's day.

    I'm actually going to ahead and say one more thing because it's important to recognize this.

    You're doing it right now and you don't even know it. You say "us" as in there's some type of club that I'm not part of. Herein lies the problem. You're segregating me as though I'm somehow different than you. I have insecurities as well since I'm actually just as much of a human being as you with the only difference in being my body. That's body shaming 101 whether I'm fat, fit or skinny. It's irrelevant if I'm further along in my journey, if you segregate me and shame me for my body it's the same feeling and people don't realize this.
