Exercising and Eating Right - Let's keep each other motivated!

A few months ago I was getting pretty good at keeping up an exercise regime and was on the road to eating well. I injured myself while running and took some time out and completely fell out of my routine.
I am hoping to get back on track with keeping up a good exercise routine and to eat healthier (I eat a tonne of fast food and rarely cook, it needs to change).
I am hoping to find like minded individuals to keep in contact with so that we can motivate and support one another!!

Hi! I am recovering from knee and quad injury and tend to fall off track when life gets too stressful. I don't eat out a lot due to dietary restrictions and maybe we can motivate each other! I am fairly new to this and keep an open diary, I found with other apps if people can see what you eat it helps hold you accountable. Add me!0
