Welcome. Support is here. I've only been on line a month this time (was on a couple years ago as well). I've found that I've been quite successful as long as I carefully log all my foods. All you need to do is ask a question in a forum and you'll probably get a hundred different opinions. As for personal support, look for a few friends who are similar to you (age/sex) with your kind of goals. I think it helps to have someone on a similar path to compare with or turn to when you are struggling. Just put out a request for friends stating your statistics and goals or select some from forums. You can set up your preferences so that friends can see your comments, exercise, food diaries or whatever you want to share.0
