Hi! I am back in action. I find I am healthiest when using MFP....not sure why I stopped. I lost ~85 pounds back in 2011, and kept it off for 3 years! Then, due to a move, stress, a medications side effect, and general laziness/poor eating habits, I have gained back the 85 plus about 50 more. I just turned 32, and I have a goal to be back in my "one day" clothes by 33. My plan is to (try to) stick to a 1200 calorie diet, with 35% carbs/35% protein/30% fat, by limiting added sugar, no sodas, and eating more lean protein and veggies. I am also back to exercising regularly to meet my goal of 175 minutes of cardio / week. It is hard, but I have great work friends and my brother supporting and joining me on this journey. I hope a year from now I will look back and feel accomplished. Good luck!
