Hello Pals. Today I've been using the app for 30 days! A real achievement for me as I've tried in the past and failed miserably. I've had a loss of 9.4lb so far and I've finally got the food part . So far so good, but I know I'm going to have to introduce exercise soon. That's really tough for me, I don't enjoy it and I find it hard to motivate myself. If any of you lovely people fancy helping me, by being there to support each other and bounce ideas and motivational tips around. Then please add me!
