What a difference a year makes. Religiously sticking to a 2500 calorie a day limit and doing light weight high rep routines for fitness. Oh, by the way, according to the infinite wisdom of the World Health Organization's BMI at 6'1" and 215 lbs I still rate as overweight!acl20jx712du.jpg
