I was just wondering when would be the best time of day to work out? Would it be before breakfast, or after my last meal of the day? Any tips?

Whenever you'll do it most consistently.

There have been some studies which show very minor benefits in working out at certain times. They are completely outweighed by the benefit of working out at a time which suits you, and which allows you to be consistent.
^ Yep. The workouts you do are much more beneficial than the workouts you skip because you tried to force them into a time slot where you can't/won't do them consistently.

Agree with everyone else... whatever works for you and your schedule!

It really depends on what your goal is. If your aim is to be invigorated for the rest of the day then it really wouldn't do you much good to workout just before bed. But exercise is good for you whenever you do it.
