It's starting to get cold and warm carby foods are calling!

I'm looking for some low calorie lunch recipes (around 200 or less) that I can take to work. We have access to a microwave so I can make ahead and warm up. I also usually prefer minimal ingredients. Let me know!

Thanks in advance everyone

I like spaghetti squash casserole: spaghetti squash, red sauce cooked with ground turkey sausage, little bit of cottage cheese and mozzarella. If you make a pan over the weekend it lasts all week.. Or what about stuffed peppers with tomato and ground meat of choice.

I like the sound of stuffed peppers, yeah probably meat and cous cous something like that.

Just purchased some Konjac Noodles after reading a few posts, thinking spices and some chicken etc.
