Hi Everyone!
My name is Sara from Toronto, Canada and I have been sporadically on MyFitnessPal for a few years now. I go back and forth with losing and gaining and am getting to the point where I dont want to continue like this anymore. I am starting off working on my nutrition and slowly incorporating exercise by walking (I use a fitbit to track my steps and to motivate me).
I work in social work doing varying shifts and hours which has made meal planning difficult but I am trying still to make it work. I have a partner who is on the journey with me. We both have gained weight since getting together. I went through a period where I was stressed out and neither of us were eating well, so we of course have packed on some pounds. For the sake of my health and my desire to want to continue seeing all the beautiful things this world has to offer, have decided to try again. I plan to log my food everyday. The good, the bad, the ugly.....to keep myself accountable.
If you are looking for support, dont be afraid to add me as a friend on here, and I am all for finding more people to keep me motivated on this journey.
