Yesterday instead of lunch I ate two donuts. They were delicious. But I think my body was happier today with my chicken and veggie lunch :)

Not into the 'cheat' thing as all food is to be enjoyed. That being said, earlier this week I had flap jacks & sausage rolls for breakfast.

Brunch on Sunday which consisted of...
    Shrimp Mac & Cheese
    Fried Chicken & Waffles
    French Fries
    Avocado Toast
    Mimosa(s) o:)

I've been kinda over my calories lately anyway though lol so I've been "cheating" all week!

The argument about what people call meals out of their norm seems silly to me. My two donuts fit right into my calories for the day. It wasn't what I planned to eat. It probably wasn't the most nutritionally dense meal I could have but I wanted it and ate it and if I want to say cheat meal what does it really matter? This doesn't seem to be a thread full of "omg I ate chocolate and now my diet is in utter shambles". It feels more like a fun conversation about food you ate. Cheat meal/ tasty dessert who cares what it's called? Does it somehow make my breakfast choice more wholesome if I refuse to label it?

I also don't cheat, as what am I cheating on? But tonight I had fajitas at a Mexican restaurant. AND lots of chips and salsa.

    Still not cheating!

I've been 'cheating' all week pretty much. Lots of soup, ice cream, Froot Loops, Oreos, some pizza. But I've been sick too so chicken with broccoli or salads haven't sounded remotely appetizing.

Saturday meal out at a really nice Uk restaurant called Bills.

Had some garlic, herb and cheese bread as a shared starter.
Main was a lamb burger with fries and long stem broccoli.
Dessert was a mix of apple/plum crumble with salted caramel ice cream and banana and honeycomb cheesecake.

I don't know what your definition of a cheat is, but by the sounds of it, everyday is a cheat meal for me. ;)

I had cheeseburgers and a coca cola today.

The way I "cheat" is to eat back ALL of my exercise calories for that day. I figure I'll be able to do that a few times a week at maintenance and not have an issue.

I'm going for a lifestyle I can still do at maintenance, but at maintenance I won't need to be constantly cutting.

I hate to sound like one of those people who pick apart terminology used by the OP but I don’t consider anything I eat to be a cheat meal. I eat “unhealthy” or high calorie foods anytime I want I just make it fit into my calorie goal :)

I "cheat" almost everyday but I'm losing weight.
If I want something I'll fit it in my calories :3

I had a Honey Bun from the vending machine at work a few days ago. It was disgusting and delicious and it put me about 500 calories over maintenance, so that makes it a cheat for me. I regret nothing.

    I don't "cheat". I fit in what I want.

I also don't classify foods as Bad or Good. It's food.

Been doing this for almost 2 years. Never had a cheat meal. The other day I had pizza. I logged it. I was within my cals. Yesterday I had finger-in-the jar chocolate spread. Logged it. Was on target. Some days I go over. That's normal. When people don't log they eat some days over and some days under. Normal life.

This was also my first ever attempt to lose weight. Never had to start over. I've lost all but 6lbs.

I don't really consider anything a cheat if I fit it in my calories, but I am getting Chinese takeout for lunch at work today and I feel a little cheeky about it. :p

Wasn't really a cheat, I just included it into my day... but Hardee's 5$ all star box. 1360 calories for lunch. Glad I skipped breakfast that day!

Who cheats on French fries from a Chinese restaurant? OP, you're doing it wrong :D

This is exactly what I was going to say. What kind of a Chinese restaurant even offers french fries?

I'm also in the camp of "I don't cheat I eat all the foods I want and work them into my calories as part of an overall balanced diet" ....
