Affordable workout clothes for smaller body types?

I've been looking to find some new shorts and leggings and I'm having trouble finding nice looking ones that fit and are affordable. The closest I've found is USA Pro but their UK size 6 is too big on the waist in both shorts and leggings. I'm having a similar problem in most places. Does anyone know any brands that are good for fitting smaller builds? (UK available brands preferably as shipping from elsewhere in the world is pricey)

Is there a UK equivalent to Marshall's or TJ Maxx? These are stores that get overstock items. Their stock changes constantly but they tend to have a lot of selection for workout clothes from varying brands and the prices are reasonable.

Well I heard on the radio old navy is having a one day active wear sale 50% off but that probably doesn’t help you.

This is where I buy all my gear. Gotta go often and keep checking but you'll end up with a good collection. TK Maxx is in the UK.
