We all have plans. Plans to start a better diet. Plans to start a better fitness program. Plans to get that person to notice you. Plans to go somewhere special someday. What is your plan? List the steps of said plan. Make it happen!

Continue to reverse diet to really max out my metabolism and then eventually lean bulk and then begin a cut in March. Thats my plan1

1) hang out at work for 15 more mins
2) meet a My Fitness Pal for lunch
3) avoid getting murdered
4) go to the gym
I'm very productive today2 -
Help my son through college.
Get my daughter into college.
Help both teens set up Roth IRA accounts.
Help both buy a home.
Live close to both.
Go to Hawaii.
Come back from Hawaii.
Game.
Continue to work towards a healthier me.2 -

I hate plans...they often stress me out.
I like to do what I want spur of the moment, makes me feel free.
I plan to have as little or flexable/tentative plans as possible.1 -
