I know when you make Chinese hot mustard sauce from ground yellow mustard, the longer you stir, the hotter it gets.
Do you mean spicy from something other than mustard (like sriracha or horseradish)?

Or hot peppers. I'm not a fan of sriracha, but we have a lot of hot peppers still growing - tabasco, cayene, habanero, ghost, scorpion, cowhorn, hot banana.

I like this one, however I substitute the sugar with either coconut sugar, honey, bootstrap molasses, dates or a combination of all the above to taste.
