I like to keep a few frozen meals on hand when in a pinch....are there any out there you can recommend that are minimally processed? Brands?

tadah wraps don't seem to be super processed, but I don't think i'd call them minimally processed (i'd reserve that for something like frozen vegetables or fruit).0

Yeah I think you'd have to decide/define what minimally processed means, and ideally, too, why it would make a difference.0
