Weighing in Morning or Night?

Do most of you weigh yourself at night or the morning? I am such a nerd I do both as I generally am 2 pounds heavier at night so it gives me a good idea what Ill be in the morning. I always use my morning weights though for recording my weight.

Morning, because there's less in my system to account for1

I weigh in the afternoon. That's when I am the lightest.0

I will never weight at night after a full day of eating and drinking.0

Thats interesting when you said lightest in afternoon I figured it was due to working night shifts or some version of fasting. I would think even if you dont have B.M. that after sleeping you would be lightest. Guess not always.0 -

Yeah...I don't know. But I go to bed late and my husband and I watch tv, and snack late at night so I am full of food, drinks, by the time I go to bed and I don't go up and pee either. Then I don't eat much during the day, some coffee, maybe a very light breakfast, if any. I tend to eat most of my food beginning at 5 pm until midnight.0 -

1-2 times a week sounds awful. I could not tolerate that very well.
I might mess around with food timing and perhaps look into my diet as well unless this is medical related.
Just weigh when it suits you better.1 -
Most people do seem to prefer the morning.
But I personally do weigh in the evening - once a week on Sunday evening. Just convenient for me that way
i am not interested in when I am lightest, as I realise my weight fluctuates slightly throughout the day.
The thing is to do it consistentlty - ie aprox same time of day, same scales, similar clothing or not clothing1
