I lost 8 pounds in 5 weeks. Is this a good pace?

It's been 6 weeks now and I've lost 10 pounds overall!
My stats are:
- 6'0 29 year old male
- Current weight is 216.0
- Starting weight was 226.0 in mid-September
- My body fat went down from 26.3% and is currently 24.0%.
My goal weight is 200 Ibs (but I might go lower to 190 Ibs depending how I look at 200 Ibs).
I do a bootcamp workout 3x a week. I'm thinking about increasing it to 4x-5x a week now.
I eat around 1800-1900 cals a day doing a 35-30-35 ratio (Protein:Fat:Carbs).1 -
