Canadians being able to get in on challenges?

Does anyone know if Canadians will ever be allowed to join challenges on here? It still says I have none available. I’m coming up on my annual renewal which means it’s been a year since I last asked...fees like it should be available by now.

    I am Canadian and I joined a 6 week challenge and I did not pay.
