I've been doing keto with occasional experimental days of IF and PSMF. I've been trying to keep my calories at about 1800 a day but I often go over by a few hundred some days while staying about 1k on the "experimental" days. Since the middle of August I have gone from about 275 to my current weight of 251. Light cardio/ some crunches a few times a week. I'm 6' 40 year old male. Weight loss seems to be slowing down though now so I'm going to have to either cut a bit further, be patient, or incorporate more exercise. My final goal is from 200-215lb

Last time I did keto I got down from 280 to 205 within 5 months, and I was eating around 1500 calories pretty consistently, sometimes a bit higher.
I am 10 days in on keto now. I have been eating 1500-2000 calories most days, recently closer to 1500 because my appetite has been reduced. At my week mark I had lost 9.3 lbs. So from 296.4 to 287.1.
My ultimate goal is 150. I haven't incorporated exercise yet and will probably wait until I'm in a good groove with my eating and have some of this initial weight off. I don't think it's too far off though, because I already feel like moving more.3 -
Also, I am 28 and 5'8.2
