Desperately need to lose weight for health reasons. I am a senior and starting from zero with exercise. My goal is to just start walking in they're neighborhood.

    That's a good plan to start. I would also suggest that you log everything you eat and drink, it's a good way to swap things up for lower calorie items. Good

    I agree with dejavu. Exercise is great, but logging all your meals and setting a goal is the way to go.
