3 weeks in and frustrated

Been eatinf under 1300 cals average and working out 3x a week. Lost 2.5 lbs the first week then steadily gained it all back the next 2 weeks. That happen to anyone else?

Oh also my workout routine is not new. Been working out regularly for months0

Sometimes you have to shock your body and change things up. If your weight lifting to build muscle, muscle weighs more than fat. So you might be losing fat but gaining muscle. Lighten up on the weights and do more reps. Also, take every other day for cardio, and switch that up between the treadmill and the elliptical or arc. I hope this helps you.3
