Successes / struggles this week: I had a very emotional week, but I still weighed and logged everything. I know for certain I did not eat that much and still came in under maintenance. It's days like this that are very demotivating and make me ask why bother. Hoping this doesn't set the tone for the week ahead.

Struggle= I enjoyed Thanksgiving (and the day after Thanksgiving) a little too much lol. Hosting Thanksgiving is not the best idea when you are trying to lose weight. I got stuck with much of the leftovers.
Success= I had hit my 50 pound weight loss goal on the morning of Thanksgiving... though it was short lived. #NoRegrets.2 -

We hosted thanksgiving this year, which was great and awful haha. I ate some of all the things thanksgiving dinner, had a turkey sandwich the next day (my fave part) and then back to normal. Whew. Started a 30 day yoga challenge, and I'm putting this here to remind myself to do it.4 -

Success, I saw 239.8 the last 2 mornings, but then I had pizza Saturday night and leftovers Sunday.
I actually expected to be back up a little higher today so I'm pretty happy with the 240.
I'm back to weighing and measuring my food today, since I didn't do that much on the weekend since it's hard to accurately measure takeout pizza. I found the closest I could on mfp and entered it but have no idea how accurate it was.

My December cheats have started. This is my favorite month and I am not missing out on festivities and get togethers. We went to a tree lighting ceremony Saturday, I had some drinks, we went out to eat and I got whatever I wanted. I don't expect huge losses this month but I still managed to lose 3 lbs even with my cheat day. I'm happy!3 -

Successes / struggles this week: Glad I quickly loss my Thanksgiving weight and then some! I increased my calorie intake from 1200 to 1360 this week. I'm thinking I'll keep it here till I hit the weight that I am comfortable with. It's crazy how 160 calories make a huge difference. Definitely having more options with my meals with this increase in calories. I stayed within my calorie limit all weekend long, which is usually difficult for me. So feeling good right now...4 -

I was kind of surprised when I got on the scale this morning. I weigh myself every morning and yesterday was 237.4 and the day before 237.6 so expected maybe 237.0 today but was very happy when it showed 235.6. I won't be surprised if I don't lose any this week but am going to keep trying.

Sorry I missed posting last week, but it has been a kittenshow here. I found out on Dec. 1st I'm losing my job. Which coincided with a week that I had planned off as a vacation. So last week was nothing but being taken out for consolation meals and consolation day drinking . Haha
On the other side of things, I ran my first 5K race! It was a Santa run, where 2500 people in identical santa suits (complete with beard) run through Burlington, Ontario. So I'm crediting all the running I did last week with my scale not skyrocketing.

Would LOVE to make it to 150 by new years. So close! I work at UPS at the airport... I wear baggy coveralls and a big jacket, hats and gloves. Yesterday we had late planes so there was a lot of down time. I took all my gear off and someone said "Omg Haidee you are sooooooo tiny!!!" I was so Damn happy lol, I was on cloud nine the rest of the day. I was 184 October 17th. So I have lost 30 lbs in just under 2 months. Yay!!!!4 -

Successes / struggles this week: I struggled with cravings this week but somehow managed to fit them in my calories intake. So happy that I'm only .4 pounds away from my goal! I will probably adjust my goal by 5 pounds till I'm comfortable with it.3
