Hi everyone!
My name is Deee, I'm 20, and recovering from an eating disorder. Currently I eat about 500kcal most days. Thats not enough, even for losing weight. What are some ways to increase my calories, so that I can lose weight without restricting?
I'm asking because I want to start working out again!!

This. They should be able to refer you to a registered dietitian who specializes in eating disorder recovery to help you safely increase your calories.3 -
