Been on Keto for 6 weeks, lost 17 pounds. My wife is on it too. While Keto is great, I don't think it would be sustainable without MFP. This program is the first thing I pull up every morning... I plan my day's eating and away I go. I'm 68, started out on the lower end of "obese", and have crossed over in to "overweight". Plan on getting to mid-range of "normal", whenever I get there, and staying there. I appreciate the civilized tone of this forum, especially compared to some of the FB sites I've been on, although I learn new things everywhere I go. I'm currently reading (slogging through) Finney and Volek's book, and have ordered the light version as well (New Atkins). Look forward to chatting with y'all.
