I have had a lot of nights where I go to bed around 10:30pm and can not fall asleep untill 2:00am. Would It be smart to workout at 2:00am to get tired and sleep?

I'd personally work on getting to sleep earlier- what is your pre-bed routine like?
Limiting screen time, having a completely dark room, maybe avoiding caffeine from the afternoon may help.
Magnesium supplements usually help me get better sleep.

When I workout I'm revved up for a few hours afterward. I don't think that would work for me...but exercise earlier in the day definitely helps me to go to sleep and stay asleep.
I agree with good sleep hygiene (you can Google sleep hygiene) and limiting caffeine. Alcohol and drug use can make sleep difficult too (just in case that's something else to look at.) Is your room quiet? Dark? Are you worrying about something?0 -
Working out makes me wakeful for several hours afterwards.0

I'll echo the idea of working on sleep habits and how you can improve yours. A lot can affect your sleep. In addition to the above mentioned factors, I'll add room temperature. I've found that I sleep much better when the room is fairly cool (low 60s.)0

I don't think that will help with your sleeping problem.0

Try some melatonin about an hour before you go to bed. works for me!1
